Dinner with the Fafaches

Last night, Delchi's parents and younger brother came over for dinner, and we made chicken enchiladas. This was an experimental recipe that was "invented" by Polly and I, and it really turned out well! It was fun to get to know them more....Delchi's dad, Del is a tease just like my uncles, Polly is so sweet and generous, and Luke has a really good sense of humor, so I feel right at home around them!
