Now this was something that I have been looking forward to since the planning stages of my trip to Colorado! A trip to the Taj Mahal Restaurant for Indian food! And I was not disappointed! Everything was delicious.

This afternoon while Delchi and Krista were at a wedding, I went shopping, and found some really cute things! (If only Colorado didn't have tax on clothing!) And this evening, some good friends of Delchi and Krista's, Kobus and Kharis, popped in for a quick visit to meet me. I had a great time getting to know them, and I am glad that they have such wonderful friends that are so warm and caring!

I love this picture too!! I have never actually had Indian food before. I've always wanted to try it. Is it something that can be recreated at home? I mean, for someone like you who can actually cook? You and Krista are just so adorable. Oh, Delchi is too! (I don't want to leave the darling hubby out) hee hee
