Memories....Memories

I had a wonderful time with my sister Kaye when she and her husband were here a couple of weeks ago. While Kaye and Melissa's husbands were up in the Boundary Waters camping and portaging canoes, we had a few days of quality girl time.....chick flicks, peanut butter fudge ice cream, garage saling, and my favorite thing of all....girl talk!!! It is a blessing to have friends and family who you can be your crazy self with, and they still love you anyway! One night after we should have gone to bed, Kaye and I talked late into the night about all that was on our hearts. It brought back wonderful memories of when the three of us sisters all shared a room and would talk and play games into the night! My sisters are definitely my best friends, and I am grateful for them! And now that they have both moved very far away, it makes me appreciate those times we are together even more!

And, by the way, it is Kaye's birthday today! Happy Birthday Kaye-Kaye! You are an amazing woman, and I am so proud of the beautiful person you are inside and out, and all of the things that you have accomplished! You're awesome!
