My friend Crystal and I went to the Madrigal Dinner on Saturday, and we had a wonderful time! First we were seated, and enjoyed a four-course meal and wassail, which is spiced apple cider. In between each course, there was an ongoing play, and while we were eating, singers and musicians came to our table and serenaded us! After dinner, they had a wonderful program of Madrigal and Christmastime music. And with everything being set in the 1600's, everything was a feast for the eyes (and ears)!
