On a day like today, I am reminded to be grateful that I live in a country where I have the freedom to go to church, worship openly, and enjoy the many other freedoms that I have. Thank you to all of you who are serving or have served in the military, helping to make and keep our country free!
But above all, I am thankful for the freedom that I have in Christ. The Bible says that He created me, saved me, loves me, and has a plan for me; that is truly liberating! And this freedom goes far beyond and lasts longer than any earthly kind can! So, thanks God for the abundance of life you have given us! Help my life to be a picture of the true freedom found only in You!
