Fresh Fruit Popsicles

One of my favorite treats is popsicles! But they do tend to be a little expensive, not mention loaded with sugar! I have wanted to try to make my own, and have been on the hunt for popsicle molds for a while now, and today I found some! I eagerly attacked my first popsicle experiment! Here is my "recipe":

1 lb. strawberries
1 cup juice (I used orange mango)*
1 tsp honey (optional)

*Note: In the future, I will use Bolthouse Farms Mango Juice/Smoothie. It has a much richer mango taste, which I love! It also has more natural sweetness than orange juice, so you wouldn't have to add honey. I should've bought the good stuff, but I was trying to be thrifty! :)

Wash and hull strawberries; put in blender. Add juice.

Blend.

Add honey. Blend.

Pour into molds.

Insert sticks, and freeze until solid.

Enjoy!

Use your imagination! Here are a few kinds that I'd like to try to make:

Pina~Colada
Mango
Coconut
Chocolate
