Camping at Gooseberry Falls!

One of the many fun things that I got to do on my nineteen day vacation was go camping at Gooseberry Falls with my parents, Delchi, Krista, and Sabria, and my roommate Crystal! We had to get up REALLY early in the morning to secure a camping spot, and it was well worth it! Here is a taste of what we did...

The Upper Falls

Ahh, the beauty of God's creation!

Munch, munch....

Crystal was eagerly awaiting my apple cinnamon oatmeal.

We went to Duluth for a day, and our first stop was the India Palace for lunch!
Toto, I don't think we're in Kansas anymore....
Delchi & Krista toured Glensheen; Crystal and I walked along Lake Superior

and went window shopping at Fitgers'. And had ice cream... ;)

Back at camp, we had a picnic supper along the shore of Lake Superior.

I hopped a fence and found a wonderful little spot!
And what is camping without a campfire and smores....
...and playing games and laughing?
We went to Crescent Beach in Split Rock State Park.
And we had fun exploring!

And our last stop was in Duluth on our way home...
