I had a wonderful time on Saturday! We started by going shopping with Mara and Daniel, and found some really great deals at the thrift stores in town! Then in the evening, Shane took Kaye and I skating. It was my first time on hockey skates, and I am proud to say that I didn't fall once! (Although it was rather humorous to see Kaye and I try to hit the puck!) Then we had pizza and watched a movie! Altogether, it was just a fun and relaxing day!

This sounds like a fun day! I have never been on hockey skates before, and I've only been on regular skate, like, two or three times. I think it's fabulous you didn't fall! Ouch on the puck to the shin, though!!
What a fun time! Kaye's leg looks painful! OUCH! I have been skating with my girls...and I can say GOOD JOB to you for NOT falling! I am NOT a good skater!!
