My Exciting Find

Since the winter chill is beginning to settle into my area, my thoughts recently turned toward getting a winter coat. The one that I had was too short for me, so my sister bought that from me. So for the fun of it, I went to Herbergers to look at coats. I was already armed with a $25 gift card that I had earned as well as birthday money and $20 dollars from the coat sale to my sister. So I was ready to puruse!

I saw this beautiful gray coat, but was taken aback at the price($240). But then I noticed that it was forty percent off, so I told myself that I would at least try it on. And it fit perfectly! I brought it up to the register to have the cashier check on the price, and with the 40% off, it was $144. Then she told me that I could save another 20%, and that brought the coat down to $97. Then with the gift card and birthday and coat money, all I had to pay was $32! I was tickled! So now I have a nice coat that will last for many years to come!
